What Intel e-medix is
A Medical Reporting & Clinical Information System.
Intel e-Medix is a healthcare software platform for medical report processing, findings extraction and patient-friendly clinical explanation. It reads the report you upload, extracts what that document records, quotes the source text as evidence, and returns a structured explanation in plain English. It is not a chatbot, not a diagnostic device, and it does not replace a licensed clinician.
Document-grounded
Every statement traces back to a quoted line in your own uploaded report — nothing is generated from outside the document.
Closed processing system
A fixed clinical pipeline: extract → structure → explain. It does not hold open conversations or answer questions beyond your report.
Reference-aligned
Terminology is mapped against recognized clinical references such as RadLex and LOINC, with the methodology published openly.
Is it safe and legitimate to use?
Yes. Intel e-Medix operates as a transparent healthcare software service: published legal terms, documented security controls, an open clinical review methodology, regulated third-party payment processing, encrypted storage, per-account access control, and automatic deletion of your files 48 hours after upload. Everything we claim is verifiable on the pages below.
How it works
From confused patients to confident clinics.
A guided tour of the problems Intel e-Medix solves — and the system that solves them.

Patients are confused by their own medical reports.
Lab values, radiology terms, pathology codes — the language is built for clinicians, not for the person whose health it describes. Most people leave the clinic with more questions than answers.
- "What does this finding actually mean?"
- "Is this normal — or should I be worried?"
- "What questions should I ask my doctor next?"

Chest CT — Plain-English Report
In plain English
A small spot (about the size of a sesame seed) was seen in the upper part of your right lung.
What it means
At this size, nodules are almost always harmless — old scars, healed infections, or benign growths. The chance of cancer at 4 mm with smooth edges is very low (<1%).
What happens next
Most guidelines suggest a follow-up CT in 6–12 months to confirm it isn't growing. No biopsy is needed at this stage.
Report categories
Every modality, one platform.
From routine bloodwork to multi-plane MRI cine sequences — every category gets specialist-grade clinical rules.
See it in action
Watch the full workflow — in under a minute.
Secure login, your private dashboard, uploading a report, the system analysis, plain-English findings, transparent checkout, and the HIPAA / BAA-ready security model behind it all.
Plain-English summary
Every report gets a precise headline plus an itemized list of findings — translated for a non-medical reader and cited against recognized guidelines.
Automatic comparison
Upload a follow-up scan and Intel e-medix benchmarks it against your previous baseline — quantifying what changed.
48-hour auto-purge
Files and analyses are cryptographically erased 48 hours after upload. Retention is configurable and fully audited.
